24 Hour Notices for payment before shut off is sent on the 22nd of the month, or first business day following if on a weekend. Accounts must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of the notice. All unpaid accounts will be shut off on the 23rd of the month, or first business day following if on a weekend. A $15.00 door fee and $40.00 turn on fee will be applied to each account.
