Late bills are mailed on the 16th and are due by the 21st of each month. All unpaid accounts will receive a 24 Hour Notice Door Hanger on the 22nd of the month or the first business day following if on a weekend. Each door hanger will include a $15.00 fee.
A payment arrangement may be able to be granted BEFORE services are shut off. The payment arrangement must be in writing either via email or in person on a City of Mill City payment arrangement form.
