NOTICE OF OPEN HOUSE - AUGUST 11, 2010 7/22/2010
CITY OF MILL CITY
MASTER PARKS AND RECREATION PLAN
DESIGN CONCEPTS

5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Mill City Middle School, 450 SW Evergreen St.


Planning Advisor David Kinney, Mill City Planning members, Landscape Architect Brian Bainnson, Mill City Council members, Mill City Parks Committee Members, and City Recorder Stacie Cook will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on August 11th at the Mill City Middle School Multi-Purpose Room to discuss the Mill City Parks and Recreation Plan (Including discussion on potential skate park locations). This will be an informal discussion where you will have a chance to review the draft concepts, ask questions and note your ideas and suggestions. There will be large copies of the concept plans available for you to review.

Please drop in at any time between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

November 2010 General Election


City Council & Mayor
Nominating Petitions Available


Four city councilor positions and the position of Mayor for the City of Mill City will be up for elections during the General Election to be held on November 2, 2010. Councilor positions have a term of four years and the Mayor’s position has a term of two years.

All persons who are registered voters (electors) and who have resided within the city limits of the City of Mill City during the twelve months immediately preceding the election are eligible to be candidates for these positions.

Election petitions, required forms, and further information are available at City Hall (252 SW Cedar Street, Mill City, Oregon) during regular business hours. Petitions must be filed with the City of Mill City before 4:00 p.m. PST on August 24, 2010.
