Input Needed for Economic Broadband Study

Marion County is working with a broadband consultant firm to identify areas within the county that need improved internet access, speed, reliability, and affordability. The consultants are currently collecting data from businesses and residents through an online survey. Data from the survey will be used to identify strategies to enhance broadband services in unserved and underserved areas within the county. Please take a moment to complete the survey online at: http://bit.ly/MarionBroadband

The consultants will be hosting feedback sessions in the N. Santiam River Canyon on April 3rd and 4th.  For more information about the Economic Broadband Initiative, contact Sarah Spinks at 503-589-3234 or SSpinks@co.marion.or.us or visit http://www.co.marion.or.us/CS/EconomicDevelopment/Pages/Broadband-Initiative-.aspx
