Municipal Court

The City of Mill City Municipal Court handles parking, traffic, city ordinance, and misdemeanor crimes issued by the Linn County Sheriffs Office within city limits. Traffic citations can be handled at the clerk’s office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays. All business must be finalized no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before your court appearance.
