The Mill City Planning Commission meets the 2nd Friday of each month, beginning at 8:30 am. Meetings are held at the Mill City City Hall, 444 S 1st Ave.  Planning Commission meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend. 

Applications for items to go before the Planning Commission are available under Forms or at City Hall, 444 S 1st Avenue.  Look for these forms to be available on line soon.  If you have any questions regarding planning processes contact City Recorder, Stacie Cook at (503) 897-2302.

Once a pre-application or formal application for land use has been filed with the City of Mill City and all submittals and fees have been provided, the City may track any and all costs related to the application.  This includes staff and consulting hours, which are billed out at the true cost.  The average is $60 per hour.
