The City of Mill City Municipal Court handles parking, traffic, city ordinance, and misdemeanor crimes issued by the Linn County Sheriffs Office within city limits. Traffic citations can be handled at the clerk’s office between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays. All business must be finalized no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before your court appearance.

The Mill City Municipal Court Clerk’s office is located at 228 SW Broadway Street at City Hall. Court is currently held at 400 S 1st Avenue.
