The City Finance Department is run by Finance Clerk, Trisha Ruby.  Trisha started with the City on November 2, 2010, and brought a wealth of accounting experience to the position. 

Budget decisions are made by the City Council, acting on the recommendations of the City Budget Committee, which meets in a series of public meetings each spring to approve the next fiscal year's budget.  The fiscal year is July 1st through June 30th each year. Copies of the budget documents are available below, or copies can be purchased for copying costs at City Hall.
